In the past few week NPA head  announces that they will be charging minister of finance Pravin Gordhan with fraud that he committed while he was still working at SARS. This news come as a shock to a nation where people start to ask the ethics of the NPA . They are all after the president's enemies instead of charging Jacob Zuma with 783 cases of fraud and corruption that was dropped in 2009. Instead they are busy appealing court decision of prosecuting the president

The charges of Pravin and Malema is political influenced as they don't even make sense why are they being charged. Deputy President of EFF Floyd Shivhambu confirm that Malema hs been summoned for two cases in reflection of a desperate state and a manipulated captured state that is utilising its state institutions to persecute the leader  of the EFF for something happened long time ago.

Zanele Lwane who is a writer in black opinion said that Malema has a right to freedom of expression just like any politician in South Africa. She think it was wrong for NPA to charge malima because as a politician he surely can’t be brought to court for merely making threats for mere political gain. Those statements were made forward elections, so it was a political comment. The NPA are just trying to find something that will bring Malima down as MR President knows that Malima is a threat to him and ANC itself.

Julius Malema last week announces that he support Minister of Finance Pravin. He further state that as EFF they will be shutting down the business around Tshwane on the 2nd of November when minister will be appearing before the court of law. Malima also ask support from the nation to stand by the minister as he know that he is innocent  and he is not the only one supporting the ministers because even other politician from opposition party and ANC are supporting the minister.

Independent media report that prominent community figure , professor Jerry Coovadia address the active citizen movement in Asherville , to map out a way forward on the Pravin saga. He said that the charges brought against Gordhan by the NPA were bound to fail before they got off the ground. “ I think that’s going to fall flat on its face”  he said .
